Moog makes its grand entrance in the Euro Rack format.
The news of a new Moog synthesizer is already important in itself, but if we add to this that for the first time the well-known American brand decides to fully embrace the Euro Rack format project, allowing for a future development of modules for this standard, it is evident that the interest in this novelty is far greater.
The entry into the format Euro Rack by Moog is a stylish entrance with a semimodular synthesizer table top with onboard sequencer and a wide range of connection options with the outside thanks to a patch bay interconnection with Euro Rack mini jack. The Mother-32, this is the name of the new synthesizer of the house of Asheville, integrates a step sequencer CV/Gate a 32 step with 64 sequence locations, Moog low pass filter e highpass, an oscillator with independent output for waveforms, a modulation oscillator sub audio / audio, two voltage controlled mixers, MIDI In e MIDI to CV conversion, a patch bay with 32 connection points and CVjack with 16 possible assignment sources, all in an aluminum cabinet and wooden side panels.
This is the first (but certainly not the last) module available from Moog in the standard Euro Rack format and will be complemented by a wide range of accessories such as rack-mount kits and patch cables.
