Universal Audio, launches the new pedals of the UAFX series for guitar. This time the Seattle company has ventured into the creation of amplification simulators.
Built on UAD's powerful dual-engine processing and audio modeling experience, the UAFX Guitar Amp Emulators take the sounds of the original vintage amps into these new three pedals.
Going into more detail, we find three types of simulation:
- Dream '65 Reverb Amplifier - Based on the Fender Deluxe '65 used by The Beatles, Muddy Waters, Elvis Costello and others.
- Ruby '63 Top Boost Amplifier - Inspired by the Vox Ac30, used by Brian May of Queen, Radiohead and U2
- Woodrow '55 Instrument Amplifier - Based on the historic Fender Bassman Tweed, used by Neil Young, Chuck Berry and Eagles.
Each pedal includes speaker cabinet simulators, microphones and environments derived from the OX Amp, as well as various combinations of speakers and modeling of the various circuits.
It is also possible to retrieve Presets created by various artists through the app UAFX Control for both iPhone that for Android.
